Practice begins next week for the Red Raider baseball team.
Texas Tech baseball will hold its first official team practice on Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park.
This is the first season for the baseball program under first-year head coach Tim Tadlock.
?We have a lot of players who are working hard and are ready to start competing,? said Tadlock. ?This is a great time of the year to build team chemistry and for our coaching staff to spend a lot of time working with each individual in this program.?
The team will practice at 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and practices are open to the public.
Tech will showcase their talents in the annual Red and Black series, which will begin on October 22nd, and will continue on October 29th and 30th.
